Hydraulic hose alias hydraulic tubing, hydraulic hose, high pressure hose, hydraulic pipe, wire high pressure pipe, wire braided hose wire wound hose, generally divided into wire braided

hydraulic hose and wire wound hydraulic rubber hose,  English name:  Steel wire braided/wound hydraulic rubber hose.

Implementation standards for Hydraulic Hose:

The standards often used in domestic and foreign trade include DIN, SAE, ISO and GB/T standards;

The standard of wire braided hydraulic hose is: DINEN853, SAEJ517, GB/T3683-2011, ISO1436;

The standard of wire wound hydraulic hose is: DINEN856, SAEJ517, GB/T10544-2003, ISO3862.

Structural and Usage of Hydraulic Hose:

1. Structure of Hydraulic Hose : Mainly composed of liquid resistant synthetic rubber inner layer, medium rubber layer, multi-layer reinforcement layer, weather-resistant synthetic rubber outer layer.

The inner rubber layer has the function of making the conveying medium withstand pressure and protecting the steel wire or wire fiber from erosion. The outer rubber layer protects the reinforcement layer from damage. The reinforcement layer is the skeleton material and the function is to ensure the use pressure of the hose.

2. The usage of Hydraulic Hose : Mainly used in mining and hydraulic support, oil from the lift, suitable for engineering construction machinery, lifting and transportation, gold forging, mining equipment, ships, injection molding machinery, agricultural machinery, automatic hydraulic system with a certain pressure and temperature of the petroleum base (such as: Mineral oil, soluble oil, hydraulic oil, fuel oil, lubricating oil) and water-based liquids (such as emulsion, oil-water emulsion, water) and liquid transmission. Hydraulic hose of rubber and plastic material, also known as rubber and plastic hose, is a new type of hose, which has obvious corrosion resistance and energy saving effect.

3.The working temperature of Hydraulic Hose: -40℃ ~ 120℃
